Two armies that are literally the opposite ends of the gaming spectrum. The Orks are infantry heavy and focused on making it into assault. The Tau are vehicle heavy, and want to avoid close combat at all costs, especially with Orks.

With a Eternal War mission forcing the Tau to move, it should be an interesting match up!

So, this was the first time my opponent had ever faced Tau. Ever. So as a basic introduction, I took my Mechanized Infantry list. I didn't get a copy of his list, so I don't know all the particulars, and will have to go off the pictures.

Nothing new here, really. Real life has reared its ugly head and kept me from getting any decent battle reports done, though I have managed to get a few games in. Hopefully, things change for the better now that winter is approaching.
